Concrete floors can also hold pet urine as it is ultimately porous and if left long enough will pool up and soak into it. You’ll need to treat your concrete floors with the enzyme solution before you think about replacing the flooring. Enzyme products are usually found in health food stores or sections and tend to be green minded and natural.</p>
<p>This is a serious problem if you have it and want to sell your house. You must do something about it before you list it and before anyone comes to see it. The last thing you want is for someone to come and view the house, then walk away with a very negative impression. The word could get around and you don’t want your house to acquire a derogatory nickname while it’s on the market.</p>
